These Terms of Service apply to services and communications provided by NorthLine Detailing. By requesting or authorizing detailing services, you agree to the applicable service terms below.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on our website may be starting prices or prices calculated from the selections entered into our instant quote tool.
Mini pricing is fixed by vehicle size, while Full-service pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition. Travel, selected add-ons, restoration-level work, unusual contamination, or work outside the normal service scope may also affect the total.
NorthLine Detailing will communicate applicable pricing before performing work that materially changes the agreed service or price.
Mini Services
Mini Interior and Mini Full are budget-friendly, limited-scope maintenance services.
They are not deep-cleaning or complete restoration services. The scope of a Mini service does not automatically expand because a vehicle is heavily soiled.
Customers choosing a Mini service for a heavily soiled vehicle should expect improvement within the stated Mini scope rather than the results associated with a Full service.
Vehicle Condition and Results
NorthLine Detailing aims to provide high-quality results, but detailing cannot guarantee removal or correction of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, discoloration, contamination, or other condition.
Some defects may be permanent or require specialized work beyond the selected service.
Odor-treatment results depend on the source and severity. Pet hair removal and other unusually labor-intensive conditions may require additional charges when applicable.
Pre-Existing Damage
Vehicles may contain pre-existing wear or damage including scratches, cracks, loose or deteriorated trim, damaged upholstery, failing coatings, electrical issues, or weakened materials.
NorthLine Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become more noticeable during or after normal cleaning, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
If we identify a condition that creates an unreasonable risk of damage, we may modify, decline, or stop the affected portion of the service.
Personal Belongings
Customers should remove valuables, important documents, money, fragile items, and other important personal belongings before service.
NorthLine Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings left inside the vehicle except to the extent required by applicable law.
Vehicle Access and Service Location
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
For services requiring exterior work, access to water may be required unless otherwise arranged. Interior-only services generally do not require customer water access.
The service location must provide a reasonably safe and lawful area in which work can be performed.
Weather and Other Conditions
Because NorthLine Detailing provides mobile services, weather and other conditions may affect our ability to safely or properly complete a detail.
We may reschedule, delay, modify, or stop service when weather or site conditions make performing the work impractical or unsafe.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
NorthLine Detailing maintains a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellations or schedule changes made within 24 hours of an appointment may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee when communicated to the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for completed services.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Cash
- Card
- Venmo
- Cash App
- Apple Pay
Any deposit requirement will be communicated before booking when applicable.
Paint Correction, Paint Enhancement, and Ceramic Coatings
Specialty paint and protection services are quoted separately based on the vehicle and requested work.
Results depend on factors including paint condition, previous repairs, existing defects, and the service selected.
Customer Authorization
By authorizing detailing work, the customer confirms that they own the vehicle or otherwise have authority to authorize service on it.

NorthLine Detailing provides an optional non-marketing SMS communication program for customers and prospective customers who voluntarily opt in.
